Japanese develop 'female' android
She has flexible silicone for skin rather than hard plastic, and a number of sensors and motors to allow her to turn and react in a human-like manner. She can flutter her eyelids and move her hands like a human. She even appears to breathe.

I know some people are sick of humanity, think we're entirely depraved, that we're evil and bad and there can be no redeeming feature to mankind whatsoever.

Dude. We have an android in the works. I don't care what anyone ways, that's so cool. This is a great time to be alive.

That's so freaking awesome! Heh, leave it to the Japanese (who have MORE than suprassed us in technology) to build something like that. Just another reason why I think Japan is a really cool place ^__^

'...people forget that she is an android while they are interacting with her.' I'll totally buy that! Judging by the pictures, she really does look human. Heh, reminds me of Ghost in the Shell 'In the future where the difference between man and machine is epidemic and being human has become a liability...' or something like that.

Real life is seriously starting to look more like anime every day o_O

we're about three parts away from sex bot that interact and make it as real as you can imagine lmao.

then again we're also a few years away from making these androids so real we're going to be losing jobs to them too..... ups and downs to everything unfortunately.
