Meme should really be spelled Me! Me! 1. Choose a few of your own characters. 2. Make them answer the following questions. 3. Feel free to go ahead and add some questions yourself!! 4. Then tag three people. Um...you, you and....you. Yes, you. I decided to stick to two characters, since they're the ones I'm concentrating on right now. (Oh, how I wish to return to Moordryd and Magus and Riku, though. C'mon, spring break!) ( Oath Breaker II Draco, Twisted Autumn Leonardo ) | | 6:42p |

never a dull moment Okay, you know how I'm a creepypasta fan. And I love J-horror stuff.
Today was make-up day, where my brats ostensibly work on their essays due Friday while I get get all their work loaded into the grade book, 'cause while I can turn in their progress report grades on Monday morning, our gradebook doesn't like Vista and I don't wanna run around frantically first thing Monday. I'm sitting behind the desk while I work, and I'm also calling kids up so they can find out what they're missing so they can get it in before the report grades come due in three weeks.
So it's a chatty atmosphere. The kids are talking, getting some work done, finding work they simply forgot to hand in, etc. They occasionally come up before I've gotten to their name to ask what they're missing. And one of the girls gets up and comes over to the desk so she can see the gradebook, so I look up 'cause I don't like refusing to meet their eyes when they come to ask me something.
And her friend is creeping towards me like she's suddenly not only broken but collapsing in on herself. Not in a hurt way. She didn't trip any of my "omg call the nurse" buttons. Her arm was bent and curled close, her left leg was bent so much that it was half curled, her right leg was straighter which made her movement weird as she wobbled towards me. Quickly, but not so quickly that she looked like she was falling. She actually took steps like that.
Steps right towards me. With her eyes focused on mine. I must've tightened up and started going back in my chair, 'cause her friend turned to see what I was watching. And suddenly she stood up straight and said something like "I'm sorry, miss, I didn't mean to do that. I just started to fall and I caught myself but...I just wanted to come see my grade too without making a big deal of it, but it didn't work out."
Nice big laugh from us and the rest of the class wonders what's so funny, especially after I'd just berated a handful in the back for getting too damn loud.
I swear to God, it looked like a Japanese-style ghost coming towards me. | | 8:40p |

Muslims nations: Defame Islam, get sued? DAKAR, Senegal - The Muslim world has created a battle plan to defend its religion from political cartoonists and bigots.
Concerned about what they see as a rise in the defamation of Islam, leaders of the world's Muslim nations are considering taking legal action against those that slight their religion or its sacred symbols. It was a key issue during a two-day summit that ended Friday in this western Africa capital.
The Muslim leaders are attempting to demand redress from nations like Denmark, which allowed the publication of cartoons portraying the Prophet Muhammad in 2006 and again last month, to the fury of the Muslim world. The true threat to Islam is apparently not the use of its precepts by killers, not violent protests and not the abuse of its believers, but rather a few drawings from that oppressive regime, Denmark. | | 11:10p |
Oprah Message BoardWhoa. It's the main board devoted to the recent Barack Obama's pastor debacle. I didn't expect even a tenth of the squabbling there. |
