What Happens to Your Body Within an Hour of Drinking a Coke

LOL why you do this to me? I dont even LIKE Coke but I know its the same general effect as pepsi. You make me sad, so so sad.

Oh, bah. I drank coke for years and never felt or even noticed those effects. By the same token, besides once every few eeeks, I don't drink soda anymore and have had no noticeable increase in the status of my health.

Whew! Good thing I drink Pepsi, then, isn't? ;)

Kidding aside, I "grew up" on Coke (only soda my Dad would drink, so ...), but when I got to High School, they served Pepsi in the "speed line" (you could get other wonder foods there too, like pizza, fries, ice cream bars, etc,), and after one sip I was converted to being a Pepsi drinker. Now I really don't like Coke.

Couple of things Coke *is* good for -

Got a stained toilet? Pour a liter of coke in it and let it stand for an hour, then flush. Your porcelain will be sparkling clean, no scrubbing needed.

Car battery terminals corroded? Pour Coke on 'em, and watch all that nasty green stuff bubble away. Rinse with water after.

OH! One MORE thing! Want to make a Coke geiser? Drop a Mentos in a 2 liter bottle, and stand back - way back! - WHOOSH! :D
